of course it's worth 30k
its a race car not a road car, the engine alone must've cost at least half of that.

As said in the other thread the spares for it are nearly worth as much as the car

thats because the age range here isnt the classic niche age of going racing and buying your own car, on pistonheads theres plenty of guys who race

Your the one b1tching about not wanting a car, not understanding what it is, what it can do, or anything related to it at all.

I suggest looking in the mirror should be your task for today, and having a little sit down and think

Hell if i had £30k simply available, I would.

Do you have the money to spend £30k on a road car? no? stfu then.

whoever mentioned my road car compared to a race car is clearly on crack. Talk to frank. Even frank thinks its worth it. Crack addicts on corsa sport making posts of lunacy. What ever next.

You Can not compare the two!

It's like going yes, the £2000odd I paid for my decks is worth it and you saying "no it isn't". Because clearly you have no understanding of the subject and what is or isn't worth X amount of pounds.

If i had 30K to spend on a Track car (A car that is not road legal and is spacificly designed/developed to race on a track) i would much rather the Vectra over the 355.

The Vectra is a Ready to go Track Car.
The Ferrari is a Road sports car.

Yes - its not worth it!

If I was spending £30k on a car it would be a 996 Turbo.

If you are looking for a high spec track ready saloon car with loads of spares then its well worth it.

If you are looking for a combine harvester then its not worth it.

Im sure there isnt a single person on here that would buy that vectra if they were given £30k today.

I for sure wouldnt, but that doesnt mean the vectra isnt worth £30K imo it is worth that all day long.

Well to be honest Nic, I can only speak for myself & £30k for a vectra does not represent value to me. I think you'd struggle to find many that thinks the deal of the century. If you like it then fair enough buy it if you like it so much, just dont come over the cock aginst me because I dont. Research it - No I dont care to thanks! :doyle:

It's a race car at the end of the day, it's not a corsa with cut springs and a powerbox, you can't compare.

I wouldn't spend 30k on it, I'm not looking for a race car though, if I was I might
