D4 lives on the Bandit now, but a phoenix of the D4 name will live again this summer when I put it on Nelli for as long as I own that bike

Bandit was just a place to put it when it came off the corsa. But the corsa itself (P177OGP) should be a little ball of metal now, or some coke cans.

How fucking confusing

I emailed the guy stating I had seen it for sale before with more miles and he replied with something along the lines of he can garantee I have never seen it before and that he bought it with 91k on the clock

last I heard of mine it some bloke swapped it for a petrol vectra as he was doing 30miles each way to work or something so wanted a diesel. See it about occasionally and did still look quite tidy last time I saw it.

Add the fact that you cannot remove a reg plate whilst its not MOT'd, insured, or taxed, then realise that you need all 3 to compliment each other, before you even get the plate off.

Yes, it was a nightmare.

Now I need to work out when to move the plate onto the other bike, but doing it in a way that I don't ahve to pay 2 insurance documentation fee's.

Bet the speedo stopped working as he didn't plug something back in when he had the clocks out to knock the mileage back
