Smith for shoulders is bad. standing military press with olympic bar is better for shoulder health. use a false grip (thumb not gripping the bar.
My PB bench press is 110kg for 3 reps, never done a 1rm
pb for back squats is 85 for 6
pb for deadlift is 135 for 5
Deadlift is the lift that you will get stronger in the quickest, then its squat, then bench press and finally military press is the slowest to progress

Failed on deadlifting 176kg this morning! Pissed off because i got it up but lost grip before locking out.
That was deadlifting with a 16kg scaffold bar and both overhand grips which im not used to. Im confident i can smash out 180kg on saturday using the normal olympic bar with being able to grip it properly.

BW = ~87kg
Bench: 125kg
Squat: (Always ass to grass): 155kg
Deadlift: 230kg
These are total guesses judging by my 5RM's that I've recently done. My 5RM's are:
Bench: 5x115kg
Squat: 5x140kg
Deadlift: 5x210kg

bench (smith) 165, that was a few months ago though. lost a fair bit of size since then.
deadlift 180 same as above.
leg press whatever the machine goes upto 200 i think plus an extra 20, still too light to be my max though.
will find out my recent figures tomo, been hitting the cardio way too much recently

Barbell bench press puts far more emphasis on shoulders and triceps. Dumbbell bench press is far far better for chest as it recruits far more of your pectorals during the lift adn gives a full range of motion.

Just pulled a pb Deadlift this morning of 180kg still at my same bodyweight of 67kg.
Pulled it alot easier than i thought it was going to be aswell seen as i was struggling with 176kg last month. 200 before June is my aim now!

Sweet, thats a big improvement from 155kg 4 weeks ago
I attempted and failed 100kg bench today, just couldnt lock out that last couple of inch's.
Might attempt another pb of 120kg squatting tomorrow if legs is on the cards.

No the fiat's for deadlifting, its around 200kg we reckon give or take a few kg's. I actually attempted the car first thing after a few warm up deads but failed . It so weird how different deadlifting the car is to using a normal olympic bar.
We have alot of strongman equipment as the the guy who trains me is the owner and is a Strongman competitor, just to the right of that pic is a full set of Atlas stones upto 180kg! Got tyre's to flip under the building and rope and sled pulling, farmers walks, duck walk etc.
