I've just spoken to the seller, the private plates NOT for sale with the vehicle the're just waiting on the paperwork from DVLA to put the 06 plate back on it

all good then, when i bought my car it still had the guys plate on, i just signed a reciept to say id swap it over for him when i got my plate through, always get it in writing if you cant take off before hand
