Well that's when a secondary rule would come in then, they should at this point make it 100 posts and a months membership. Or, make it preems to sell only.

Luke, you are undermining my point.
If they can pay for preem, they would leave bank details, at which point they would be traced back to that and the moneys stolen/scammed wouldn't be so difficult from then on to recover.

Doesn't work, I had to spam AON to even be allowed to view the for sale ads, stupid stupid system which doesn't make me not a scammer, paying £12.50 isn't much to take a few hundred quid off the sort of people we have on this site who see USER UNDER INVESTIGATION DO NOT TRADE then still create a thread asking would it be ok to deal with them.

What we need is less retards, who tbf, 99% of the time deserve scammed, it would only happen somewhere else in life.

Love it when a scammer tries to defend themselfs.

Thats not a "usual" username, well spotted.

If no-one has anything to hide, then they should be happy to disclose any and all information.

If not, walk away, generally a timewaster or scammer. If your happy to deal with someone who doesn't supply full information, or isn't happy to provide a home address and contact number, then so be it at your peril.

just don't whinge when your scammed.

tbh, 90% of people wouldn't get scammed if they used 0.5% of common sense.

i agree with john, if people get scammed by people its there own fault.

Dont buy from people you dont know unless its cash on collection.

Take the time to look for dodgy things.

you dont go on ebay and pay for something with someone with no feedback so dont do it on here!

What a fucking shitbag, why are these shitcunts allowed to carry on ripping people off time and time again?

Why hasn't he been done for fraud?

Well spotted Generation, it just goes to show it's very easy to spot a scammer if you have an ounce of common sense. Withholding your postcode when trying to sell something is blatantly obvious you're up to games.

What we do on another site is called "i - trader" it works in the same way feedback on ebay does. then its alot easier to spot if someone has good credibilty before buying, and if they dont take that extra bit of time, to ask all the right questions

Something needs doing as it's getting far to frequent. I take it Edition-38 doesn't have any kind of security from these scammers either?
