you're probably right there. i wouldn't bother too much about it though. even if that is what happened you'd still expect her to put the effort in to enjoy the evening regardless of you looking like a bell ringing hunchback. if she's that superficial she's probably not worth bothering with.

yes i agree but i was thinking that if she's just shy then maybe she would text to say she enjoyed the night. that would explain why she was so quiet in person. i'm thinking she's not shy she just doesn't like him that much.

If the signs are obvious then you've got to work your way up.
Start with a hug..
If she seems keen keep it going for a bit, then gentely push away, look into her eyes for just a brief second (dont want to look like a psycho) then give her a kis on the cheek then take another look at the eyes and a quick scan of the body language..
You'll know straight away weather or not to go in for the kill.
