Whats wrong with the hours? Is it not continental rota?

Do you drive a forklift or sideloader Andy? Ive always wanted to have a job doing that.

It's permanent nights, any 5 from 7.
I did drive a forklift, but the training department have 'misplaced' my paperwork

Yeah, so 5 out of 7 straight!? That cant be good for you mate....you'll not even adjust from being nights to make anything of the days off.

I worked on a production line feeding & repairing machines once, 4 on 4 off doing 12hrs nights/days. It used to take me 2-3 days just to get back to normal if i'd been doing nights. I was proper fucked when I done that job, didnt last long though we were too efficient so they went back onto days mon-fri.

Basically we have the same rota days for 1 month, then move onto the next 2 days.
So basically 1 month of Mon/ Tue, then Tue/ Wed and so on. Not many weekends off

I intend on going down at least once this summer, maybe for the day and enjoy the arcades, rides and beach, then the cars and banter in the evening

Wonder if its the same? There used to be loads of variety? Some really good, and some really bad.

I dunno if there would be some "really" good ones down there anymore??

The car game.... Sit in car for an hour and name the cars.

Sounds very similar to how it is now days, you get amazin cars then you get hideous ones

you get drifting and people playing time attack i certain places (lakeside/rainham/basildon) aswell

Back on topic: I wouldn't risk telling porkies.

depends if its a big company if its small go for it, i was told my a previous employer to lie, lie and lie some more to get your job, if they find out your already employed and if your good at your job you will be fine. then again depends what industry it is.
