Don't think so. When you have multiple paper layouts you'd end up with a really long command to select the correct item.

I rarely use the keyboard other than for measurements - find using a mouse much quicker.

I know when you are on the layout tab you can select between model space and paper space by typing ps and ms but not sure about switching between model space and layout
