eck..... behave yourself, r1,,blade,zx10...... i think you need to just chill out a little bit, do you realise how much of a waste this bike would be to you, you would have a lot more fun and enjoyment from a 600 or similar

i passed my test and went strait to a GSXR 600 so much fun

stay away from the r1 as its not a good bike for ppl just passed test not a very forgiven bike

blades r awsome had a shot of one very fast but find it a bit heavy on coners am sticking with the 600 for a while then i might move up to bigger not sure its easy enough to lose your lincence on a 600 lol

i wouldnt get a big bike.
I witnessed one of my best mates losing his life on a 600.
Bikes are dangerous, i worked in the motorcycle trade from the age of 12 for my old man and have heard it happning too many times, get an NC30 or something, learn how to ride and throw a bike around

my mate has done exactly the same, no bike experience and jumped straight on a R1.

A bike will only go as fast as you want it to, that throttle doesnt twist magically and you take off!!

i have had bike experience since my first crosser at 5 years old, and have ridden all my life, and still race my quad , but my first road bike was a 600. when i feel the need to upgrade i will, but until i actually get anywhere near using the full capability of this bike i wont be upsizing!

Exactly it'll only go as fast as you want to make it. I appreciate the comments, and I may take them on board after I do my test. And Shell...I have actually driven bikes before But the likes of pit bikes etc, never something as powerful as one of the above! Oh, and this is my for sale thread ffs so the lot of you beat it unless you want to buy it
