i pulled old material off so it moulded round the shape of the door easier

i started by gluing the full top edge and working my way down one bit at a time

Just done the same thing on the roof lining cos it was absolutely caked in 10 years of greasey oily hands, used black PVC and came up spot on. Took about 4 hours from getting it out, and another hour to put it back in but well worth it. Anybody ever taken their sunroof out? Just wanted to replace mine with solid sheet of glass, but dont want to risk it. Haynes doesnt tell me anything either, just says its complex!
