Why are you 'tards comparing it to a VXR when it's about 15k more expensive?

Got to admit the R32 is waaay better though, the VXR looks like something on the sole of your shoe compared to this beauty

They're not competitors though. The equivalent Golf to the Astra VXR would be the GTI.

No but a lad has posted up pics of his R32 and everyone starts telling each other how much nicer it is than a VXR?

Why even mention it?

Completely different class of car than a VXR, can't say I know why people are mentioning them in the same thread either tbh.

Not that anyone would expect a raving review of any german car from ojc though

I drove a mates one of these a while back, very nice low down pull and the launch in comparison to the civic is crazy!!!

Civic is much better value for money though!

No comparison, S3 or R32 pisses all over the VXR! And for VXR owners, especially the ones that own those bodged jobbed 'Burg editions, to try and compare their shit heaps to these beauties, it's just unreal!!

Std wheels don't need changing IMO.

I'd love to own one.

I think it looks smart, just needs lowering a touch to pull the wheels of as darker colours look smaller and lost in the arches.
