very nice, always liked these. prefer the 182 just for the rear bumper/exhaust but then they are a lot more expensive.
do they have 6 gears?

get your self onto cliosport.net
does cost around £500 to get the belts done and it needs one now! would only recomend specialists or renault to do it. they are due every 5 years or 75000miles.
had my cup for over a year with no major problems.
Yozzasport exhaust FTW

You'll get raped for the belts at a garage mate
Birchdown renaultsport specialists always have good deals on doing them

Sorry bud but anyone who pays £500 to have then belts changed on a clio sport is fucking deluded.
I dont understand these internet myths, its only a renault 2.0 16v engine. Its bascily the same engine that was in the clio williams (but with vvti) that has been arround for years and its nothing any normal garage wont be able to tackle.
I know loads of people that have paid arround the £250 mark at their local garage.
As another example I paid £350 which included genuine renault belts and a MOT. This was at a local porsche specalist at £50 a hour labour rate and i got fancy 'porsche dealer' stamps in my service book

It's the time it takes, nothing to do with it being a special engine.
The internet cambelt myths are way out of control though.

I have done a cambelt before and it wasn't that hard. Hardest part was the alternator belt tensioner and getting the belt on.
