all i was doing was pointing out my opinion that i think you shouldnt have to re take your theory didn't ask for the sarcastic comments etc, 2 silly mistakes cost me my driving licence and i wont be the last and at 19 ill learn from my mistakes no need for sarcastic comments at all.

You should need to re-sit your theory though, that's the law and you knew that before you got the 6 points in your first 2 years.
I did some silly stuff when I first passed and I still speed sometimes. I wouldn't have the brass neck to moan if I got done however.

How come you're re-taking your test(s) anyway? Insurance is going to be sky high.

The real kick in the teeth is when you get your licence back you still have 6 points.. I done the same 6 or so years ago.

Bad luck mate.
I do think the system is pissed. You could get two SP30s for doing 37 and a half at 3am and you would need a retake or someone twice your age could get a couple of CD for some blatant bad driving and still be out there.
