here's another and as you can see you can really abuse it and it doesnt rip.
If you dont want to try it yourself could still work out cheaper to buy it and get it fitted.

my mate just ordered a load of white 3m vinyl to wrap his e46 m3 and the reason he ordered it is because the videos on youtube make out that its the easiest thing in the world to apply and we had a go the other day and its totally impossible to do your self

ive just had my bonnet done on my zafira in vinyl wrap and ive also heard if you actually called 3m asking about there carbon vinyl they will tell you that they dont recomend it for wrapping but from what ive seen there is no difference in the companys that make it

i watched the giuy doing mine the other day ad its pretty much the only way and no it dont lose any stick or wreck the vinyl you can heat it to stretch it mould it its crazy stuff

I will be getting the roof done on my new White 3 series when it arrives in the 3m stuff. I was told by a couple of dealers that it is not recommended to apply to the exterior but some would.
