Was on a training course a few weeks back and they gave us a sandwich list, bottom of the list was 'dairylea and frazzles'. Had to give it a go, was quite nice too!

Quite like a chilli steak bake from Greggs in a roll with some tomato sauce. Usually just normal sandwiches for me though.

The cupboard was empty last thursday when i got home from work (shopping was due to arrive at 6), couldnt be arsed to walk to the shop, so made a horsradish, pepper, dried chilli, english mustard, brown sauce, rosemary and chilli powder sandwich.

Abit hot, but wasnt bad! Needed ham or beef in it though!

Heres one to try at xmas with left overs:

Get some fresh white bread, pull off the crusts, flatten it out, fill it with left over meat and veg plus a dribble of gravy.. Roll it up into a ball, brush on some egg white and a little milk then deep fry that bad boy!
