Cheers It has Rich's old Irmscher springs as it happens so in theory 30 mm but imo at least it looks lower than that.

Sits perfect imo,whats the ride quality like compared to the standard springs?

Yeah it's exactly how I wanted it to sit There's virtually no difference in ride quality compared to standard, if anything it's better as it doesn't bounce as much over bumps etc.
