Sometimes in the morning and then one when I get back from the gym.

Sometimes one before I go.

Or when I get back.

I never really have time to take it, so if I'm limited to once its usually when I get back.

I've just ordered some Choc Cookie PHD for £36 inc p&p.

Over the years I've had 90+ which was rank beyond belief, MaxiMusle, which appears I'm the only one who likes it! And most recently CNP which I have to say ranks up alongside 90+ for tasting like death in liquid form.

It better not taste like the CNP, which made me barf on several occasions!

used to have syntha 6 was gorgeous but full of carbs, now on optimum nutrition 100% gold whey. its very watery but has a really good protein serving (53g) per shake, so 2 a day is more than enough (1g per pound of body weight per day)

1 scoop of 100%whey is 24g per serving not 53g

^ Yep what he said.

I tend to switch between Optimum 100% On Whey and PHD Pharma Whey as the body tends to become imune to one vareity if used over a long period of time and it just gets pissed out as waste.

Both 90 servings, PHD is about £3 cheaper but slightly less protein content at 20g per serving (i think).

Usually have 3 a day, morning, after gym and before bed.

was going to say this sounds like total BROscience

thats like saying you need to switch up your chicken between bernard mathews and birds eye every few month as your body gets used to it and you start pissing chicken breasts

No seriously, using the same protein over and over causes your body to build up an intollerance to it. Maybe switching brands isnt the ideal solution as stopping to use it for short periods of time would be better.

thats rubbish, who cycles protein? its like saying the body would become immune to protein from chicken or fish etc. Body wouldnt reject it unless your using too much in which case you will just shit it out.

Maybe it is bollocks but from personal experience i find my body recvovers much quicker during the first few weeks after switching brands, that was before i read about the benefits on numerous forums.

First impressions:

Best protein shake I have tried yet. Provided its shaken properly it completely disolves in the water and doesn't leave any lumps. Theres no minging after taste either. CNP and 90+ I'm looking in your direction!

Shame it comes at a price!
