Controls the sensitivity of the throttle body by making the car think the accelerator is pressed more than it is so you get to the fully open point quicker. Everyone on the 350 site that has one reccomends it so cant be bad Can also work the other way to get slightly better economy too.
Dont think I'll mouth the control there though as looks gash. Takes 10 mins max to fit.
Almost got an exhaust the other day but my cheeky offer got declined I want either a scorpion one which can be from ebay or a japspeed k2. They should make it loud enough if not I can buy a less restrictive Y pipe

That throttle controller seems a little gash tbh. Plus D1, isn't that for drifters? Japspeed exhaust are supposed to be good, i'll be getting a downpipe and de-cat from them. Cheap Cheap off the forum!

Yeah it looks gash so will find somewhere to put it out of sight. I can imagine it would help with drifting
Im waiting for some to come up second hand there is a japspeed on there atm mo which i offered him240 delivered becase the rear box has a scrape and dent on it but he said no
Wont let me post the pics, heres the link,
http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=36764
Wouldn't see it when fitted though but not sure if it is worth offering him more.

Hmm.. Can't see the damage in the pics because "You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post." But for £350 brand new, me personally would rather do that. Ill fitting, or even the slightest scrape could have knocked a hanger slightly out of position so on his he wouldn't notice, on yours, you might.

ghey
Scorpions are circa £300 so a bit cheaper and sounds very good too, want to hear them in the flesh though but people have said neither rasp so they cant sound bad either way

Handles are a bit touch and go, they don't look too bad in the flesh, or I've just got used to them
Matt - I can never make my mind up about that spoiler! Think it only looks good with the rest of the kit which I'm not sure on find me one in orange and I may be persuaded!

Throttle controller came yesterday but no one was home to sign for it. Managed to get the girlfriend to collect it for me today.
Was very simple to fit (didn't take pics as was too excited )
Heres some pics on where im mounting the display for now.
Eco mode - goes from 1-5
Normal
Sports mode - goes from 1-7
and one further out
Basically economy mode reduces the sensitivity of the accelerator pedal therefore opening the throttle body slower. I can see this beeing very handy in very rainy weather!
Sports mode makes the pedal more sensitive opening the throttle body quicker. These settings make the car feel more urgent, and in sp7 its very responsive!
I was sceptical about the difference it would make but it is a huge difference, ECO mode is supposed to use less juice so will see how this goes, only been out for a short drive but I am more very happy with it

Make its feel alot more urgent and not like a lazy V6 Plus will make it more forgiving when it's wet so less chance of spankyspanky
Will show you when i next see you pickles.

stuff, think you may need to move it at some point somewhere possibly a bit more hidden if its possible but sounds like its a worth while investment.
