Sounds very much like Seth turning a recidulously hot and skinny naked chick...

Their job is to sell you a service, and if you offer yourself to them on a plate and they aren't taking it because they are fucking idiots...then their loss imo so move on.

Just annoying though as i'm trying to set up somewhere in N.Wales and theres such limitations on the amount of commercial property estate agents it's unreal.

Chester was so much easier, complete opposite and completely helpful.
