im sorry but how can you win everytime first time? is this a wind up?

if i wrote down my answer on a bit of paper (say it was rock) - how do you know 100% i have chosen rock? you then have a 1 in 3 chance of beating it?

because its impossible.... how could you physically know what i would say? if we both had to write our answers down on a bit of paper and someone independently open them at the same time you have a 1 in 3 chance of beating me........thats a fact.....
