has got rich parents who gave him a loan to start up a business which he paid back pretty quickly. he works very very hard and is always thinking about business so he fully diserves everythinghe has got

Yeh but as Colin says... Money does equal money.
If you come from wealth, then there's no risk. He could take the loan from his parents and try his business.
If it failed, it wouldn't of been the end of the world as his family would still be able to support him and he could go get another job / try another business.

I'm not saying he didn't work for it, but if you compare that to an average person / poor person. Then for someone to try to do that same, they have to risk it all and in most cases (to get that funding) risk their parents house / savings.
So if in the poor person's 'attempt' at the business it goes wrong, not only does the kid lose his business and money, but also financially ruin his family.
- Plus add in the fact that if the dad is already rich, he probably has good knowledge of business, potentially contacts useful to the sons business and likely passed on a lot of the knowledge to the son.
