That's not Adam's fault that you didn't know how much it was worth though.

And yes you have every right to turn offers down, but you didn't. What you did was just completely ignore him.

I know you're not obliged to sell it, until you receive money it's your property. But when you're trying to sell something and blatantly ignore someone who wants to buy it, that's just plain rude.
