Righto back from holiday and a few nights out so its time for an update:

We got round to getting the chassis plates welded on and getting the engine bay strengthened and sealed.

all the little blemishes and rust we found have been treated & sealed. Heres a couple of pics of the engine bay painted up and ready for the new lump

Loads of updates lads, been spending a lot of money on collecting parts and tidying up the underside of the car.

Work has also taken up a lot of time recently as i work 6am till 8pm most days, there will be a fair bit of progress over winter and the car will be on the road feb march time next year

Time for a few updates today, Sorry for the lack of progress lads

Started off early afternoon by fitting the Lightweight flywheel and arp bolts, then getting the clutch kit on

I'll be running the 6 speed F28 gearbox on this car, 2 wheel drive conversion fitted and quaiffe diff helps things out, decided to go with a black gearbox to match up with the painted block

Finished the afternoon with the engine sitting nicely in the car

Lovely looking engine mate,a like the clean look. A 3inch tophat would finish that off.

Thanks for all the kind comments Lads, its going to take some time to get on the road but it'll be worth it lol
No real updates this weekend other than plumbing in the powersteering, and connecting up all the vac pipes etc etc. More parts are on order so there will be some progress very soon.

Those that have built or are running C20Let's, how have you set up the fuel lines ?
Also Do i use the original corsa speedo cable (running f28 with f20 speedo ring)
