BJJ on Tuesday night. Was fine yesterday then last night it started to ache like a bitch. I'll just do some weights tonight and see if that helps

I'm not technically as doing it all at home except the jiu jitsu 
Haven't done it properly for a couple of weeks as I've been on courses and had to work in the evenings as well but it's meant to be:
Monday - Cardio
Tuesday - BJJ
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Upper body weights
Friday - Cardio
Saturday - Legs and abs weights
Sunday - Stretch or rest
Thinking about adding another day's jiu jitsu and possibly a day's olympic wrestling in there at some point

Awesome though that your looking into different things to keep yourself doing something physical !!
For me though its
Monday - Circuits (Mainly Upper)
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Circuits (Mainly Lower)
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Heavy weight session
Saturday - Circuits (all but light)
Sunday - Pub
I dread fridays though, As the "gym" is beckys parents garage with all the stuff ken (beckys dad) comes in on a friday, and he's a big bloke so pushes me as far as i can possibly go, although leaves me pretty much dead for friday night

Jiu jitsu is £6 a session or for £40 a month I can do 3 sessions a week from these so thought the wrestling would compliment it well

joe and mikes gym plan puts mine to shame altho tbh i have no plan until next week lol but ill only make it 4 times a week lol.
How are we all?
I feel like i havent been on here in ages lol, tonight will be my first night in and not going out lol, need to sleep so much lol, oh and i now love my car.... All because the tank now averages 60mpg on the way to and from work lol other than that tho i still hate it.

My current hunting is for a PS3 with 2 controllers and GT5 prologue/Gh

Local tyre place will do me and beckys dad a deal if we do both our cars at the same time, £660 fitted and balanced and tracked - 8 tyres !! . Need new tyres but normally go for Michelins so don't want to chuck something on that is either going to get chewed up or have no grip in the dry/wet/snow.
