Its about 5% which is a fair amount tbh.

Its also doesnt bode well for general sale of tickets where you need to sell over 20k of them a game!

That guy from the MUST is making out like we have 30,000 tickets still to sell, he have only 2000 left ffs

And he's saying that other teams still hit their targets, how many clubs in the PL sell over 50,000 season tickets, arsenal at an absolute push but i doubt they even do

I couldn't get tickets for the West Ham game and same for the Liverpool game. You'd expect that for the Liverpool game though. So not sure when I'm going to be able to get there next

yeah this is what I'm thinking, its not a big amount left in the scheme of things BUT there always used to be a waiting list and now obviously isn't or they wouldn't be on general sale and thats the worrying bit possibly

THink we sold in the region of 43-45k (sold out with a 10-15 year waiting list too)

Tbh its not the number but the mere fact that you couldnt sell all your ST which should be of a big concern!

There hasnt been a waiting list since a year after the Glazers took over, and the 54000 season tickets always left us with over 20k to sell anyway and selling out hasnt been a prob this season in 2 low key games

Its not just the PL tickets though is it - its the fact that when you buy that you sign up for the CL, FA, etc and have to pay for those tickets too.

Granted it would be a problem had we missed out by 20k, but 2 k is nothing, and as shown already, the match by match people have more chance now

Newcastle and WHU? Both would of taken a large away support with them and are hardly low key games.

Its the Wigan, Bolton, Blackburn, Fulham, Blackpool (although they will bring a few this season), etc. sort of games you'll not sell out.

Arsenal fans said the Blackpool fans were the best they'd ever had at the EMirates

Yeah that is a fucking stupid idea, they probably only brought that in for the League Cup and they've dropped that now

Most season ticket holders imo would get those tickets anyway so they should drop the scheme

It's not like they would struggle to fill the ground for CL games

I take it they made that decision based on the first 30 minutes and last 30 minutes of the game?

Newcastle took hardly any fans there i was amazed, thats why the tickets were on general sale because of how few they took, granted it was a monday night but was still a poor showing from them

Had no choice, apparently only offered half of the tickets. So about 1800 were there when there is 3500 available

They will be at most grounds this season as they'll be viewing it as their only chance to watch their team at these grounds!
