That's nothing to do with camber, toe scrubbs tyres not camber. I know loads of people running -3.5 neg camber and still getting 12,000 miles out there tyres. I ran -2.5 on my civic for 6 months and had no uneven wear.
Think If your car is going forward and your wheel is pointing a different way it will indeffinetly scrub the tyre.

That's easy to say when you don't clean them. I despise them white. They're going black
