106 gtis and saxo vts are exactly the same engine. 120bhp 1.6 16v engines. so if beltons 1800 pulls just past a gti and abuses vts maybe the saxos have had harder lifes? or are vtrs with s badges

well my puma is slower then a 106gti, and a stripped out caged corsa b 1.8 wasnt pulling any ground down the main straight on the ring gp track, have video to prove

My Corsa XE was ahead of my mates EP3 from 0 to 30 then its neck and neck till about 80 and he then starts getting ahead.

In my Nova with F16 it was a different story, it killed his Civic and DC2 and I had a play with a brand new Focus ST and whooped that too.

Never came across any EP3's but did pull several car lengths on a mates old DC2.That was even after he had the jump on me and still couldnt pass.And that was in an XE Corsa.

Every XE Corsa varies from engine to engine.They arent all going to be running the same amount of power in standard form.

A 106 gti with similar breathing mods will be on par with an XE, a 16v XSI however would be quicker

Xe Corsas/Novas are a quick little car but don't expect them to be the fastest things out there as they are far from it.
