Ta, its just nice to take a photo once in a while and compare it

Going for another 1 & 1/2 stone in the next 12 weeks and aim to loose the flab on my stomach.

When I can dumbell press 30kg a hand 15 times and for 3 sets i'll be happy. Currently at about 18kg a hand which is hard enough

Yeah and thankfully it's the final tonight.
I know one of the girls in it though and my facebook is full of people who I'm almost certain don't know her acting like she's their best friend
