So been a while since I updated this thread been concentrating on gus and updating that project thread and not really been keeping this up to date !
So since I was last on quite a bit has changed I'll add photos to do most of the talking it's boring reading
Basically mods so far since the xe has been put in are :
SBD 4-2-1 manifold
Powerflow manifold back s/s system 2 1/4 bore with outwardly rolled tip
Interior varies lol have had Sri interior , Cobra Monaco S bucket seats, standard sport seats and at the minute calibra leathers seats (from gus) just waiting on the heated switchs to arrive
Also had my xe converted from a dizzy to electronic ignition and it makes a difference !
Probably missed a few bits but I'll be keeping this updated seeing as gus is going anyway pictures !
Sbd and normal xe manifold
Before
After
Also fitted some depos
Before
After
Old exhaust (which is for sale )
Old and new
On
Fitted my expression alloys but decided against them so the Ceasaros are back on
How it stands atm
Also fitted my new headunit
Calibra leather
Buckets
Probably missed a few bits but I'll add them when I remember will be at PVS aswell and hopefully go down the strip
Hopefully this vid will work
All for now g

So had A few problems with the way my Corsa has been running :/ kept loosing power asif it wasn't fueling right and throwing up fault code 39 (lambda high voltage) so I fitted a brand new lambda genuine Bosch one and didn't improve it so I started having a look at the loom and got to the ecu, as soon as I unplugged the ecu this came out :/
This is the ecu
And the loom connector block
So cleaned them up and left them to dry overnight really need a new loom and ecu but for now this will do , after I connected everything it's running fine just need to find out where the water has got in :/

So anyway after fixing my loom and feeli g good entry to asda to fill up and some nice man pointed out my fuel tank was leaking :/ so had a look and yep it's got a hole in it only dripping out slightly though as its a tiny hole so isnt loosing much fuel , still a pain in the ass though so got on eBay found a non oem tank for £65.00 ordered it yesterday and it came at 10.30 this morning can't fault that !
Any way couple of pics
Might sound daft but is there anything I can put on my tank whilst it's like this to protect it when it goes on ?

Did you find out how the water got to your ECU?
A mate mentioned to me water can usually get in through the the hole in the bulk head where the loom comes through and run down the wires.

Thanks guys , mark it was where the loom goes through the bulkhead the gromit/plug that goes round the room had come loose and that's how water had got in, so I moved the gromit and then wrapped the loom with a plastic bag and sprayed it with wd40 to keep water out and it's been fine since
