I have returned from sweating it out at the gym managed 20mins on the treadmill, did 2miles, a quick session on the machines but couldn't really be bothered then to the steam room and sauna, feel a bit better in myself but nose is still stuffy

Just checked my bank account, Halifax are complete tossers. Charged me £30 as i had a balance of 0.00.. WTF, i didn't owe them any monies...

they gave me a £3,200 overdraft no charge up to 300 quid, 300-2500 it's £1 a day charge.
