I honestly dont see what the big fascination is with these but each to theyr own.
I certainly wouldnt spend 9k on something like that.
How much scene points have you got now on the VAG forums??

It hasn't been posted on the vag forums, only here mate
£9k is a good deal considering the work that's been done, there are plenty fetching 12k +

I really really really dont see the appeal of these? Are they not just a glamourous campervan for hippies

Yeah its a cracking deal,i always thought they went for 10k+ in that condition. But i personally wouldnt like to drive or own 1.
Why do you like them Neil??What makes them worth that kind of money as i cant imagine they are good to drive.

I wanted one when I was younger, but never gave it much thought. Then my dad bought his t25 and it was brilliant doing it up, messing around with it etc. Then a few weeks ago I rented one and I had a brilliant weekend. I'll admit the drive isn't brilliant, no power steering, heavy, bad gear changes, but at the same time it was the bestdrive I've ever had! I don't know why though, it's hard to explain

Still got lots to do but it's really cool even at its max speed downhill, with the wind behind it of about 37mph

That upholstery looks amazing! looks like he's making a great job of that!
I'm pretty sure I'm going to go back to original leather seats rather than the Saab ones that are fitted ATM.
