how can you prove who's fault it was unless u witnessed it,u can't,so she has 2 admit she caused the accident other wise the will b a long drawn out battle between the insurance companys solictors,they need a statment of both partys statin what happened and i drawing show where they where headin and what there road positions where b4 the accident,just so they can make sure no 1 was in a wrong lane etc,they don't know the full details and can't say who was at fault until they hear both stories,so her insurance company won't pay a penny if they think there client may b in the right until proven other wise

ive just had the same thing make sure you werent in the inside lane being a bit of a dick i was and looks like best im gonna get is a 50 50 i need new door rear panel needs loads of work and sideskirt is ripped off let me know how things go mate im trying to solve mine got £500 excess aswell.
