City of Newcastle isn't a bad course friend of mine is a member there, thinking the other one you're on about could be Westerhope, haven't played there in a while but they always had fantastic greens.

Yeah Westerhope is the one... Has a red and White type of crest... I'd say Westerhope was the better course! Both nice courses though.

Yeah I'd agree Westerhope is the better of the two.

I'd recommend checking out some of the Links courses next time you're up this way, I've played some nice courses all over the country and Bambrugh takes some beating with Dunstanburgh also worth a visit
