22 - 11 stone - i was in america for 2 weeks

im 22 and i weigh pretty much 10st 6 lbs all the time

oh yeah im 5ft 9 aswell

4 months ago I was 12st 6lbs and I'm 5ft 10.

I was 8st 6lbs 4 weeks ago, today I'm 9st 3lbs.

Looking to sit around 10st by end of Oct.

I know AK, annoying because I'd built up some good muscle tone on my legs and shoulders but it all wasted when I went into hospital

tricky decision. Eat what u want, drink what u want have a good time and potentially shorten ur life. Or eat better (but less enjoyable) food,dont booze, dont have as much fun but potentially live longer, hmmm

Ive been the same weight and height since I was about 15 (im now 22) which 14(ish)st 6 and 6ft. I tend to fluctuate up to 15 and down to 14 though during a month, I dont pay much attention to it. I eat relatively healthily but dont do any exercise apart from a 20 minute dog walk 3 or 4 times a week
