was the email in plain text format or rich text format, the reason i ask is because if it was plain text format then it would have been off Luigi in an elaborate ploy to steal your girlfriend

when they realise they will bar the phone and will be useless so a bit pointless if you ask me? oh and they now have your email address and ip address, so police can easily track you down and arrest you for theft. well done

He knew it wasnt his. Therfore he is still doing something illegal.

Your justification is fucking laughable
I couldn't give a shit about phones4u loosing money it's the fact you went through all of that trouble to make someone elses life hassle?
By your logic if someone pickpockets me in London, I can go down any street in the suburbs and take their tv because what goes around comes around?!
You are a fucking moron. Well done for posting it all up on the Internet as well

Quite clearly theft. It was an obvious error by the company and it is more fool them, but you gained someone else's property by acting dishonestly.

Its still classed as theft. Gaining goods by deception.
If the police really wanted to they could fuck you over.
Phone will be remotely barred as soon as the shop realise.
Tbh you re a total twat.

it it gets blocked just sell it on ebay, I've sold loads of blocked ones on there, and I doubt they would go to all the hassle of tracing his ip just to get back a phone lol
id have done the same mate, I rang o2 once as my contract phone had gone funny and they said they would send out a replacement when I returned mine, next day a phone came so i kept them both : -)

Keeping one that comes to your house is slightly different (by my slightly twisted morals anyway) from going out your way to a phone shop to collect someone elses.

not at all, its like those phishing emails you get from bank.
they expect people to be so stupid they login to a bank account they don't even bank with??
why can't you do the same with an email from phone shop?
i think nothing will come of this

either way if i get a call soon saying theres been a mix up i will take it back if not then tough. if it was straight off a person i wouldnt take it but i know phone4u will sort the person out with a phone how many people have sold dodgy phones on ebay ?? millions im not going to rip anyone off by doing that going to use it until it if ever gets blocked
