Hmm I see I see. But how much cardio do you need to do on a weekly basis in conjuction with the list you mentioned, for it to work ? and how useful are they, like do they make a big difference rather than just cardio itself ?

It's actually a meal i look forward to, fish is so easy to eat. I can polish of 1kg of fish a day far easier than i can 1kg of chicken.

clen, 1hr cardio everynight, and clean diet, no carbs, should see imporvements within 2 weeks, should set goals as well, lose 7lbs in 1week etc etc

never tried anavar, tried winny and i think its the nuts, takes a bit of time to kick in but it does work
