When we were fitting a new boiler in the house there was somebody at the door asking for it within literally 5 minutes.
Boiler out, sat down for tea, door went.

Loads round here. Theres some on a horse ant cart always floating round bradford ring road.
Notices a lot of the chav basatrds round here have jumped on the bandwagon and chipped thier dole in together and bought a G reg flatback transit and now go round pestering for scrap.

That reminds me, I've a load of scrap needs taking to the metal merchants, cash cash.
It's about £120/t at the moment I think. Well worth spending a day asking people for their old washing machines.

Was helping my old man the other day for an hour, ripping some wall partitions out and taking old cast bath etc out.
Flung it in the skip, less than 20 mins later pikeys came along asking if they can have it. Just said yes as it meant more room in the skip.
