Shit thats really horrible, glad everyone is out safe.

On the up side it looks like BMW took the accident rather well! Gives me faith in mine.

this is always a worry of mine, see so many dodgy loads on the back of lorries.

just today on the m74 there was a transit doing 70 with its back doors open and a shit load of wood hanging out

Hope all are ok,
we once had a large wheel flange fall off the back of a lorry, took out the car behind he got done for careless driving for being so close, our driver got nothing.

At least they are fine regarding the fine it is likely that the company who employs him will get screwed for a claim for negligence and damages should/will be awarded. The dude driving is unlikely to be sued but because the Company has insurance then the courts are likely to award more.
