Laney you strong motherfucker!
Me and my mate have just started getting serious with dead/squats etc. i.e. putting it into a weekly routine.
Currently doing
DB Bench - 92kg
Leg Press - 225kg
Deadlift - 165kg (3 reps)
It's something that am improving on over the last 2 weeks. Speaking to a lad down the gym about it and he's on 280kg atm.
He's only 20! Just quite into trainging

Well maybe half was an exaggeration but i wouldnt be suprised
Just slowly stopped going the gym and lost motivation completely! Gone from 10st 7lbs to 13st 3lbs whilst iv not been training this last 12months
Been building a gym in the house though so getting back on it this week.

I think most strength athletes test their 1RM at regular intervals to show progression rather than to get "massive".

yeh i suppose iv probably said that about 100 times so far but its true this time now iv started building my home gym.
We used to have a leaderboard up on the wall of the gym and every saturday you could try and get on it or beat people. Was a laugh and everyone got to know their 1rm. Plus we held regular strongman events so was good to know how far you could go.

I've been making a point of going to the gym at least 3 times a week for 2 months now. Progress is ok! BW - 101kg (6ft 4")

DB Bench - 36kg bells
Deadlift - 170kg
Squat - 140kg

Deadlifting big weights again now
Hit 210kg for 3 thisevening.
However i cannot even bench 60kg after tearing my pec and ac joint.. Yay.
So im just going to squat and deadlift for a while

MONSTER. At what BW?
I've collected a 105 Jerk, 100 Push Press, 100 Squat Clean and 65 Snatch, plus Deadlifting 170 for 5 on my recent travels.

Well it seems everyone on here is a machine!
I tend to lift in sets but do have a couple of feable 1rms -
Back Squat - 80kg
Front Squat - 45kg
Deadlift - 110kg
6' 2 & 90-95kg and been going to the gym regularly for 8 years but only started doing squats etc about a year ago.

Agreed, makes me feel small and weak haha.
Never done 1rm's the minimum I go is between 3-5 reps.
Bench - is 80 I think
Squat - was 140 back to around 120 though lately.
Deadlift - is 145 I think
Standing Press is - 45 (seated is around 60 on the smith)
I weight 64-66kg.
