Probably not. e.g. when you bought meow meow before they were made illegal, would you expect a refund?

I ordered some new H7 bulbs off that Autobulbsdirect website last night for my other half's car, these bulbs claim to be 100% brighter than standard (probably more like 10%).
She asked me if they would be as bright as cars with HID/Xenon lights...

I don't mind my lights.
My next car will probably come with Xenons as standard, but I'm not fussed.

Autobulbsdirect is silly expensive especially for Osram's which can be had half the price from other places (ebay etc).

The ones I ordered seemed to be roughly the same kinda price elsewhere (plus I found a 10% voucher thanks to the Honda S2K forum )

Ive got projector style lights so i guess im ok to fit the HID kit?
Ive also read that ideally you require self leveling headlights and washer jets to be legal? Not sure.

i had an uprated loom and decent bulbs in my mk2 golf and they were just as good as hids i thought. ive got a loom on my corrado but it had cheap blue ebay bulbs which let it down. the standard headlights are some of the worst ive seen
