2 cuts, numb feet and hands 4 coffees later and i'm nearly there.

Engines turning over by hand.
Getting a flow of water from the side of the head to the thermostat side.
After this i've an exhaust to take off a C, and a bumper to remove to change sidelight bulbs.
FFFFFFUUUUUU rage.

think im gonna go check my corsa and see if thats frozen up. filled it with just water last time i took rad out few weeks ago. great.

I've opted for GM coolant so hopefully my head doesnt go porous in the next few weeks.
I hope its not frozen up Nic cos its not a pleasant job.

Really dont think the anti-freeze has anything to do with it my man,how many years has the engine had ant-freeze put in it being realistic?

the guys at dingbro told me that the red antifreeze is for alloy engines blocks, and the blue isnt, not sure if its true but o well

As bunny says it's the difference between the red and blue antifreeze. Rovers don't like the blue stuff lol

mine had a popped water pipe which pissed all the anti-freeze out and it froze so heated the waterpump up and it was fine sorted its self out
