Edit - Actually i think Supervan 1 used a Le Mans based engine rather than F1.

1 had the gt40s v8 and was built by terry drurey racing, 2 which became 3 had a dfv, replaced with the v6

Stirling moss slr doesn't count as it was Mille miglia, not f1.

JPS Capri is a great shout. Ligier JS2 is the only one worth a mention.
