You want the shutter speed around 1/125, an aperture of about 9 and panning mode 2/3

matt, how have you uploaded them?

i found that CS compressed them and lost alot of the quality, now i use flickr with much better results

I think Ian was referring to the work that has gone in to making the actual 3D model, not the time you spent "photographing" it.
