We get no bonus this year, instead we have been invited out for "drinks" at the boss's house.

Working in private housing bonuses used to be often and big but since i started (just when the recession kicked in) I've got 250-500 quid at summer and christmas, not great if cunts are getting enough to buy cars and go to vegas but its better than nothing and is appreciated.

I get £35 Love To Shop vouchers a possible payrise in the new year, if its at the rate of inflation (around 2%) I will earn an extra £238 net next year

Company im working for give you 1% of your salary as a xmas bonus for every yesr youve been there up until 8% and some boys are on £50k+

The boss takes us out for a 3 course meal every year then gives us some cash, not a mega amount but it's the thought that counts.

Working non stop upto Christmas Eve WITH overtime paid at normal hourly rate.
