There is more than enough proof in pictures that this car ISN'T the original Sport shell, yes some people don't care because the attention to detail is phenomenal but the simple matter of fact is, its not the real thing and it has been sold to a garage in N.Ireland for near £10,000 and I would presume the new owner handed over the money thinking it is a Nova Sport, no replica car is worth what the original is worth, although in my opinion a Nova Sport certainly isn't worth more then £5000 no matter how good condition it is in, £10,000 could bag you a nice comfortable modern "Sport" variant of your favourite marque.

The Black one on porka rims??

Not a patch on dec's.. you put any of them cars in the circle at billing or any recognised show and they won’t get anywhere near the amount of awards dec's nova as achieved and that’s a credit to the lad and his dad that built it. All the others are nice. Don’t get me wrong but there not even in the same class.

I'm not jealous of a ringer, credit to Dec and his dad for the effort they put in but at least people like Aamir can honestly say their car is what it is I.E Aamir's is a GSi, Dec's is a base spec MK1 pretending to be a Sport (which is just a base spec MK1 really )

It seems to be lost on these Corsa B folk, pointless telling them about the captive nut on the very early MK1 shells which weren't on the shells used for Sports, yet Dec's Sport has a captive nut on the drivers side mount.
