Woah, not all of us drive like that
A re-mapped ST would quite easily beat it I expect, mine has responded really well to a dreamscience map, not had it rolling roaded yet though, so not sure how much it is putting out...

You will soon learn that beating other cars isnt the be all and end all of a good car

Thats what people with slow cars say Steve, bet its not the size that counts either and its what you do with it.

There's a middle aged bird round here who drives a ST like an absolute kent.. she must be mid 40's and races around regardless if her kids are in the car or not

Im pretty sure somebody in a half decent sports car costing 10k isnt going to be arsed about some cunt in a corsa tbh beating him on a strip of road.
Or maybe the guy didnt want to do what you usually do and continue racing at 90-100mph into a bend just to see which car is faster

Him backing off and pulling in behind you doesn't mean you were quicker than him...
If a Ferrari backed off and pulled in behind you would you think you beat him as well? And that he'd be upset because he had a £100k supercar but got "beat" by a Corsa?

The guy had a bit of fun with someone in a Focus ST, he beat him. Why not let him have it?

Tend to see more likeable ST's, got a picture of a gorgeous red one I saw somewhere. But RS's are driven by almost everyone these days. My chav mate has one at 21, upgrade from a saxo vtr with limo black tints, dropped on its arse, induction kit and a life never below 5k
