I tried this last year and just couldnt keep interested/motivated.
Doing the Mens Health 30day plan right now, but probably going to try this in February along with the 100 sit ups and the pull-ups one.

im doing this as well, ive just done day 1 in week 3, im doing the press ups then the sit ups after it, just trying to get a little bit back in shape then will hopefully be hitting the gym 3 or 4 times a week after payday

They have a booklet with this months mag which is a 30day plan, exercise and eating, with the aim of dropping 5% body fat, gaining 5% muscle, 10% strength and 10% better endurance.
Right now I'm on a rest day and seriously feel like I have ripped my shoulders apart so it must be doing something
