If the car is a Cat C the V5 would have been taken away? I have had many cat c cars and the V5 can only be returned when the car has had a VIC check completed.

I am just speaking for the experiance i have had.

Some Cat C's can be very very good investments, although i would stay away from this one

its already had its vic 3 years ago, someones done a check on the previous page
