Says it runs a 2.3 turbo, and I've seen it, my mate and his brother run the yellow astra and bronze tigra. So been around all the cars having a gander.

i think that corsa was the one with the z22 block over bored and fancey steel rods with a c20 let head.

I'm pretty sure it's a saab lump. Unless my eyes lie to me.

flol at the people who say wont fit in a nova or corsa bay. they practically the same and there a bloke in slough who runs a saab turbo in his nova and iirc its about 330 bhp

The astra I said about, was the one in TV.



That would never fit into a nova bay without losing the whole chassis leg. Corsa bay would need a lot of work on the chassis leg too.

Hmmmm, but the saab is basically a mk3 astra underneath,
They fit in mk3's no hassle.
is that mk2 on the saab box?

Pretty sure the corsa is running a vaux box,

They do fit mk3's no hassle, but mk3's are completely different.

That astra was running a vauxhall box.

Iv been mesuring things up most of the day now and it looks like if you can get the engine low enough it would go in. It would mean re modeling the sump and oil pick up. The engine and box mounts would need to be made to sit the engine lower aswell

Keep the engine in the Saab, strip and tune it, done.
