With the world ever evolving the show this year is following suit, first off the most noticeable changeover is the name itself. Previously known as the Fast & Modified Show back in the day when the magazine was running then The Scottish Modified Car Show, the event has been changing over the years to cover more genres of motoring rather than small engines, big exhausts and body kits. With more and more classic, retro, performance and exotic input over the past few years the show has expanded its reach and is set to do so this year even more.

In partnership with The Sun Newspaper and FastCar Magazine (plus support from Redline and FastFord) 2011 looks set to be the biggest and best yet, with regular promotion in both the paper and magazines plus an a roadshow that will be travelling around the country over the coming months there shouldn't be a person in the land who doesn't know whats about to hit the Royal Highland Centre!

Better yet the organisers have decided to DROP the entry price - yup, VAT has risen, costs have risen but its now going to be even cheaper to go along in July.

More details will be posted as we get them but in the mean time if you are interested in showing off your car in the indoor Top Cars display, want to get your car club or website a stand or are interested in promoting your company with trade space at the show just log on to The Scottish Car Show website and give them a call or drop them a line.

It's in the plans as far as i know, it's 2 of my mates that run the show now so i will confirm for you.

I know there not planning to organise a lot of cruises (if any at all), mostly just show/cruise attendance (By that i mean proper cruises not ones organised on some cunts bebo page).

Only real event will be Euan's memorial event, but hopefully a bit better because it'll be organised by people who actually ran about with him opposed to Butsy trying to be a hero and making a hash of it.

Trader Media pulled the plug in 2006.

There just wasnt enough support from people in Scotland to make it commercially viable.
